Smoked fish directly from the cutter

When our cutter ‘Minna von Friedrichskoog’ was built in 1944, no one could have known that it would one day become a famous attraction in the historic harbour of Wismar.
For many years now, the old cutter with the blue and white awning has been famed beyond Wismar’s borders for its delicious fish rolls and smoked fish, which are sold to tourists and locals directly from its deck.

And the ‘Minna’ will continue to ensure that Wismar and the Seeperle become famous throughout the world.
