The Seeperle is famed far beyond the borders of Wismar and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania for its smoked-fish specialities – alongside classics such as halibut and eel, we also regularly offer our customers innovative creations such as smoked salmon pralines. For our smoked fish, we use only the finest-quality raw fish and smoke it directly at Wismar Harbour. Our range therefore depends on the daily catch – complemented by delicious freshwater fish.
Alongside whole fish, we also sell fillets – please just ask!
Alongside the finest-quality fish, we use selected spices and seasonings ranging from peppercorns to chilli pepper to refine our smoked fish. As a result, our smoked salmon is not only truly delicious by itself, but also serves as a delicate ingredient in soups, casseroles, fish salads and many other fish dishes.
