Smoking is one of the oldest methods of preserving fish and transforming it into something truly delicious: the smoky notes and selected spices and seasonings make our smoked fish into an absolute delicacy. The Seeperle is famed far beyond the borders of Wismar and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania for its smoked-fish specialities – alongside classics such as halibut and eel, we also regularly offer our customers innovative creations such as smoked salmon pralines. For our smoked fish, we use only the finest-quality raw fish and smoke it directly at Wismar Harbour. Our range therefore depends on the daily catch – complemented by delicious freshwater fish.
